In 2004, the final four was held in Kazan, where Unics took the opportunity to make its European debut, beating the Greek Maroussi in the final (87-63), led by the MVP of the final tournament, Martin Muursepp

The Unics had it all to do with winning. With their fans in the stands, the Russians put up a great defense, and in attack their stars took care of the rest. The Maroussi could do little, and already at the end of the first quarter saw 14 points down (30-16), and the final always moved 15/25 points in favor of the Unics.
