In the other tie, there was a clash of trains between two of the best teams in the competition, between Valencia Basket and Hapoel Tel Aviv, practically an early final. Valencia won the first by (91-82), which in the end was the less equal game, since the second was won by Hapoel by (96-91), and the Israelis were who won by (92-94) in the third to the desolation of the Taronja.

After a long journey, the EuroCup reached its grand final, also best-of-three, between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Gran Canaria. A final that was decided on the fast track, with two victories for the Israelis.

The first game, held in Bulgaria, was won by (74-65), in a game dominated from start to finish by Hapoel Tel Aviv. Never with big advantages but always ahead on the scoreboard. Motley, with 18 points and 4 rebounds, was the best for the “local” team, well accompanied by Blakeney (17 points, 5 rebounds), and to a lesser extent, Yan Madar (10 points and 5 assists) and Foster (10 points). For Gran Canaria, Conditt (12 points and 8 rebounds), Homesley (11 points, 6 assists), Shurna (10 points and 6 rebounds) and Albicy, with 10 points.

In the second game, Hapoel Tel Aviv took advantage of the anxieties of Gran Canaria, but finally took the game with a solvent result, (94-103), in a game that was very similar to what happened in the first of the series, with again, the Israelis dominating in most of the minutes the scoreboard. Conditt, with 18 points, was again the best for the islanders, as well as Thomasson, 14 points, Brussino, 11 points and 7 rebounds, Ngouama (11 points), and Albicy, 10 points.
